Our Wines / Els Nostres Vins
We make very small quantities of Clos Salanca, just two red wines and in special years a white wine. Traditional varieties of the Priorat, sourced from our best parcels, then further selected from our best barrels. Because of the scarcity, our wines are only available direct from our winery, and released only in 6-bottle cases once a year.
Elaborem quantitats molt petites de Clos Salanca, només dos vi negres i en anys especials un vi blanc. Varietats tradicionals del Priorat, procedents de les nostres millors parcel·les, seleccionades posteriorment entre les nostres millors bótes. A causa de l’escassetat, els nostres vins només estan disponibles directament al nostre celler i s’alliberen només en 6-contenidors d’ampolles un cop a l’any.
Ciurana
The past is the new future – Ciurana. Blends are part of the history of Priorat and our Ciurana wine is exactly that. A blend of the two most dominant and best grape varieties through the history of the Priorat – Garnatxa Negra and Carinyena. The monks had hundreds of years to figure out what was best and we are working to align with that. The past is the new future.
El passat és el nou futur: Ciurana. Els cupatges formen part de la història del Priorat i el nostre vi Ciurana és exactament això. Un cupatge de les dues varietats de raïm més dominants i millors al llarg de la història del Priorat: la Garnatxa Negra i la Carinyena. Els monjos van tenir centenars d’anys per esbrinar què era el millor i nosaltres estem treballant per alinear-nos amb això. El passat és el nou futur.

A Priori
The future of the Priorat – A Priori. From our top plot, on steep slopes, south facing, with intense sunshine, each vine is trained on it’s own without wires, without support, tended entirely by hand. Just one variety, 100% Carignan, the future of the Priorat.
El futur del Priorat – A Priori. Des de la nostra parcel·la superior, en forts pendents, orientada al sud, amb intensitat de sol, cada vinya es forma per si mateixa sense cables, sense suport, cuidats completament a mà. Només una varietat, 100% carinyena, el futur del Priorat.

Cap Blanc
From the small parcel that produces our top white Grenache, Cap Blanc is only available in years that allow sufficient volume at harvest. Barrel fermented and aged, this 100% white Grenache showcases the quality potential of white wine in the Priorat.
Des del petit paquet que produeix la nostra garnatxa blanca superior, el Cap Blanc només està disponible en anys que permetin un volum suficient a la collita. Fermentat i envellit en bóta, aquesta garnatxa 100% blanca mostra el potencial de qualitat del vi blanc al Priorat.

centurion
In 1915, a farmer planted a small plot of Carignan in a corner of what would become Clos Salanca, and these vines still survive to this day. We are only able to make Centurion in years where the vines produce sufficient grapes to make one barrel of wine. Bold and powerful and representing an incredible piece of Priorat history.
L’any 1915, un pagès va plantar una petita parcel·la de carinyena en un racó del que seria el Clos Salanca, i aquestes vinyes encara perviuen fins als nostres dies. Només podem fer Centurion en anys en què les vinyes produeixen raïm suficient per fer una bóta de vi. Atrevit i potent i representa una increïble peça de la història del Priorat.
